Based on my own experiences, I understand and help pet owners in saying goodbye to their pets, if a pet hasn't returned home, or they have had to surrender a pet due to being unable to provide proper care. Losing a pet can be an immensely heartbreaking and stressful experience. A pet is not just a pet, but a member of your family.
